Our Role: PHPP modelling RIBA Stages 3-5 for client and main contractor
Delta Q undertook PHPP modelling to meet the requirements of B&NES Planning Policy SCR6. Based on the PHPP modelling and our Passivhaus experience we advised on fabric U-values, ventilation, heating and hot water systems and PV sizing to meet the policy.
Following a successful planning application, Delta Q advised the main contractor on design changes, updated PV sizing and as-built compliance to meet planning conditions.
