Bespoke Passivhaus Contractor Training

Our Role: Development and delivery of tailored training for Contractor teams overseeing the design and construction of Passivhaus projects.

Delta Q was appointed to deliver bespoke training for the Contractor tailored to different live projects. We developed two courses: one for those managing and coordinating Passivhaus design, and another for those overseeing construction. The brief included the following requirements:

• Tailored training for specific projects, with Delta Q reviewing and customising the content before each session.
• Interactive sessions, ensuring delegates could apply the learning to their specific projects.
• Delivery within a single day.

Delta Q developed and delivered a tailored course for each team, focusing on two school projects currently under construction by Willmott Dixon. Attendee feedback has been positive, with participants highlighting the relevance of the content and its practical application to their projects
