Our Role: Energy Consultant appointed by client RIBA 2-7

The client sought to enhance energy efficiency and improve indoor conditions in a house requiring modernisation. Delta Q was appointed to recommend cost-effective solutions. We advised that prioritising airtightness and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) would significantly improve indoor air quality.

Additionally, we recommended high-quality triple-glazed windows and insulation where feasible, ensuring the home could achieve excellent performance. Delta Q provided continuous guidance throughout construction and into the operational phase.
